DESCRIPTION

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPERNANO is cement based; polymer ceramic tile adhesive compound in powder form, which requires only addition of clean water. The product spread easily on floor and wall surfaces.

APPLICATION AREA

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER is a ready mixed adhesive to all internal and external floor and walls in dry or intermittently wet locations. E.g. Domestic showers, kitchens, rooms, bathrooms.

SURFACE

The subgrade to be treated must be clean and free from dust, oil, paint, loose materials and any contaminant, which may prevent adhesion.

APPLICATION (Mixing and application)

Slowly add 6-7 liters’ clean water per 25 kg GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER bag and mix. Wait 3-5 minutes and mix again. GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER is a ready mixed adhesive to all internal floor and walls in dry or intermittently wet locations. Clean and wet the surface spread the adhesive by trowel on the surface with max. 3mm thickness and finally fix the tile on its place. For a better adhesion, it recommended to use a plastic head hammer and with slow hits let the air stocked at back of the tile to exit and stick more. It is not recommended to use < -5 ℃

PACKING AND STORAGE GOLDENMIX TILE

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER packed in red Kraft bags of 25 kg. If stored in covered in dry premixes on pallets, has a shelf life of almost 6 months.

CONSUMPTION

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER is used for 1 square meter of tile is approx. 3-4 kg adhesive depending on surface flatness, kind of ceramic or application instruments.
