High performance flexible porcelain tile and granite adhesive.

GOLDENMIX GRANITE ADHESIVE super strong high performance flexible porcelain tile and granite tile adhesive is a Cement based, flexible tile adhesive with improved adhesion for fixing small to large sized (<280*160 cm²) ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, glass mosaics and tiles, natural stones, marbles, granite, thermal insulation plates & sheets also bricks onto walls and floors. It is excellent particularly for fixing onto low porosity substrates. It is non-slip by its thixotropic feature. It has extended application time allowing a quick and easy tiling. It is one of most selling products of GOLDENMIX internationally.

APPLICATION AREA

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER is a ready mixed adhesive to all internal and external floor and walls in dry or intermittently wet locations. E.g. Domestic showers, kitchens, rooms, bathrooms.

SURFACE

Suitable for use in internal and external, vertical and horizontal fixing applications. Ideal for tiling in wet areas, terraces and wide areas.

APPLICATION (Mixing and application)

Each 25 kg packet needs to mix with about 6 liters of water and continue by an industrial mixer until a uniform and homogeneous mortar obtained. After resting the mortar for 5 minutes, continue mixing for 2 minutes until the mortar is ready to use.
– The suitable working temperature is 5 to 40 ℃
– Maximum time to use is 1 hour After mixing.
– After at least 24 hours, the tiled surface will ready to tie.

PACKING AND STORAGE

GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER packed in red Kraft bags of 25 kg. If stored in covered in dry premixes on pallets, has a shelf life of almost 6 months.
CONSUMPTION
GOLDENMIX GOLDENSUPER is used for 1 square meter of tile is approx. 4-5 kg adhesive depending on surface flatness, kind of ceramic or application instruments.
